All of our products are traceable PETA-certified vegan and made in Europe.

Our "leather" is plant-based and made out of byproducts of the food industry like corn husks or apple skins.

As a part of our slow-fashion approach, we try to use as little virgin materials as possible. Instead we use recycled cotton, recycled polyester and recycled rubber.

We are working with our partner Green Shoes 4 All on tracking our carbon footprint throughout the whole supply chain and will be able to give precise information once our first production in September is finished.

The packaging is composed of a recycled, biodegradable box, recycled wrapping paper, and recycling-friendly Kraft tape.

All the glue and dye that we use is controlled by the European Union's REACH regulation.

All of our shoes fit true to size, however we do recommend to pick 0.5 to 1 size smaller compared to performance/running shoes.

We ship worldwide from Guimarães, Portugal.

Delivery deadlines may vary according to your location.

Considering we ship from Portugal, deliveries to Europe usually take between 1-5 business days.

For shipping outside of Europe, it usually takes between 3-5 business days.

After the purchase, you will receive a notification e-mail with the order confirmation. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with your shipment status and tracking number.

You can return items within 14 days, in their original condition.
If you would like to return an item, please send an email to:

Until we receive it, your return is your responsibility, and should be packaged carefully.

The cost of the return is at the charge of the customer, so the refund amount might not be the same as the receipt amount.

To return your order, please send an e-mail to: return@viron-world.com

Once approved, carefully pack your return* and ship it to the address provided in the mail.

*Make sure to deposit and scan the return 14 days from the shipping date to avoid refund problems.

The refund procedure takes up to 14 days and is completed on the bank account used during the original order.

The available payment methods are: credit/debit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal.
